You play a 200 miles card.
You are now at 700 miles.
It's The blond's turn.

At the end of the game, This happens.
The blond is now at 1000 miles.
The blond is the winner!
You have obtained a bonus of 300 points since you haven't used any 200 miles card.
Scores : Jeff-rutkowski: 1475.
The blond: 1700.

The blond is the winner of the whole game !

Also, Nocturnus let me know about these possible bugs.
Please let me know if these are not actually bugs.
If you're cons sensed and you use the right of way card immediately after, it counts as a dirty trick.
If you use the right of way card while you are cons sensed, it doesn't get rid of the cons sense.
If you are stopped by an accident and cons sensed immediately after, and they play a speed limit on you, you can't use right of way as a dirty trick.

This is correct, the consens is cancelled with the driving ace.

If you are stopped by an accident and cons sensed immediately after, and they play a speed limit on you, you can't use right of way as a dirty trick.

Exactly, since you are already accidented, you can't just cancel the speed limit as if it never happen.
