I've been able to connect to the playroom along except for today. Apon entering my user name and password and hitting connect i get a message telling me that there is a new version and it must be downloaded before connecting, but after completing the download, install and reload of the playroom I am prompted with the same problem again and again. I hope somebody can help as I really enjoy the games.

I'm having the same issue. I've never had this problem before. Any other time I've needed to update the playroom, the download is completed, and I'm able to play again. How long have you had this problem?? This has just started for me today as well.

IN case of doubt, try to de-install the game completely before reinstalling it again.
