It happeneds when you are not playing the wright card, or if you try to take your turn when someone intersepts. Or maby when you want to play your card when it's not your turn...
By the way, I have noticed something strange: When you are not playing, and you joined the table when the other are playing, you can not catch someone who didn't say uno. But, when you are spectator just because you were out of the game for reaching the limit score, you can do it!
