The Bug is quite easy to reproduce so I wonder if it has been spotted before.
Let's say we have the letters S I T T I N Q,
We take our time and place Sittin on the board and then select the remaining letter q to Exchange and try to get G to make the Word sitting, all the placed letters on the board will be gone and we will have only one letter in the hand. the placed sittin will be still seen on the board, and will be gone only when you try to add the drawn letter to them. Interestingly enough if you use that remaining letter somewhere on the board you don't get the bonus for using all the letters from your hand.
