Google probably helps way faster than waiting hours for a forum reply for something as simple as this. As for myself, I mostly use virtual assistants like Google or Siri for this purpose. Siri is fine if you ask for a specific city, but often fails if you ask for a specific timezone. Google seems to do both just fine.

You can just search on Google. It's accessible and easy. Or, use Google Assistant, which is kind of helpful.
