When I subscribe to a forum, would I get emails about new topics? If so, I don't get any emails about forums I subscribe to. Can you pleasehelp?

yes you are supposed to receive new emails.
Make sure you also check your spam folder, just in case they land there depending on your provider.

Also, there is a recent issue where sometimes Emails might be delayed / or not arrive at all for some. I have experienced the former, but not the latter.

I use Gmail.
