possible issue trying to access forum on Windows client (risolto)

hello.
when attempting to access the forum on the windows client this morning, both via the F9 menu and the control shift F key stroke nothing happens.
however accessing via the website still seems to be working.
is this an issue on my end? Or is this something that needs to be fixed?
