I have no idea how to take or pass on a trump suit in Belote when using the web client on iOS. This also goes for team selection in this and similar games. Passing in 1000 also... Can anyone help?

yes, of course.

In Belote, to take or pass, just double tap any card in your hand, and this will open a menu allowing you to either take or pass. The exact same logic works in 1000 too.

When it comes to team selection, it is a little tricky, but doable.
What you will want to do is find the player in the list (don't swipe, explore the screen). All players should be somewhere along the middle of the screen.
Then, you double tap and hold a player name, waiting for the 3 tones VoiceOver makes and not releasing your finger. You then slide up or down without ever lifting your finger.
You should hear feedback as you are dragging the player, for example, Over Mark, from Nikola, which means that you are dragging the player name Nikola to the place where Mark was previously, which will effectively swap their positions if you lift the finger right at that moment. You will notice that there are numbers in the list with the player names, such as Nikola: 1. That number is the number of the team the player will be in, 2 players with the number 1 are in the same team, and so on.

If it says out of zone, it means that your finger is outside of the area where the players are, or more specifically the game toolbar, so you need to move back.

On a touch screen this is a little tricky especially because the zone is pretty small, but with a bit of practice, you should get the hang of it. In case you have the opportunity to do so, it is much easier if you connect an external keyboard, where Shift+Up and Down arrows will move the focused player up or down by one slot.
