For a while, I have been experiencing an issue where when the table master leaves the table, I am assigned as the table master, yet do not have access to the table master controls.

I suppose it's probably a bug and the table menu doesn't get updated in this case, but to resolve it in the meantime, you should be able to just reload the page, and then the controls should be present in the table menu.
