hi i have question .i serch for program for edit video for blind ..i download VideoPad Video Editor but i did not find how to select some parts in video by Keyboard Short-Cuts board> .did any one know way to do that in this program ? or know any another easy program edit and make video please and tell me its Keyboard Short-Cuts

Did you try reading it's documentation?
There should be something about shortcuts.
