My siblings and i would love to be able to play multiple sheets at once in Yahtzee.
It makes a longer game, and gives us more strategy where to put rolls.
At the beginning of the game, if we could just choose how many sheets we wanted to have in front of us, that would be terrific.

I think it refers to being played with more than one score sheet. To extend the duration of the game by having to complete more score sheets, since the game ends when a player completes his sheet in which groups can be found such as groups from 1 to 6, or Chance, or misery, ETC, choosing a number of sheets to play would be like an equivalent to how many games to play or something like that, with the difference that assuming I can complete a group on a second sheet without completing the first, it would effectively give me a little more choice. You can always play another game when you finish and that's it, but what you suggest seems interesting to me. Because in the same game you could have 3 groups of 6, or 3 Chances for example.
