When trying to access the game manuals on Android, it does not display the text of the manuals themselves, only the normal options on the page, and it does not show the text of the manuals at all.

probably your browser does not allow websites to open a new window (which is the case nowadays by default with most modern browsers).

In this case, the web client should show you something like this in the history:
The application proposes you to open this link https://qcsalon.net/en/1000miles

Find that message in the history and open the link yourself, and the relevant rules page will be displayed in your browser.

Alternatively, most browsers also allow you to configure the permissions for specific websites and tell the browser to allow pop-up windows for qcsalon.net. In most cases this is disabled because of malicious websites which open all kinds of advertisements in new windows, but of course the Playroom doesn't do that, so it's safe to enable here.
I don't have the exact steps for Android at the moment though.

In the worst case, all the game rules are also available in the list of games on the Playroom home page so you can also read anything you want from there.

Ah, I see. In that case, two options are possible:

1. The game has no available rules. In French and English, the following games currently have no rules available:
- Chess
- Go
- Battleship
- The Eternal second
- Press enter
- Quiz party

2. If you are not trying one of the listed games, but you are not using the Playroom in French or English, and still receive this error, it means that the game rules you are trying to access haven't been translated to that language. To read the rules, you will have to temporarily switch your language to French or English and then access the game rules, or do it from the home page as said in post 2.
