Let's kick the 99 year off with a 99 tournament! I'm looking at 16 players. The tournament will be held on the 6th of Febuary at 5:00 PM IST. Rules: The first 16 will pair up into 8 pairs of two. This will be the group stage, where there will be one match with 9 pennies each. Then comes the quarters, with 4 pairs, comprising the winners. The losers, go home. This round will have 10 pennies. The semi's come next, with 11 pennies, and the finals, with 20 pennies.
