I have not had sound at all on the playroom for quite some time. I have checked all of my settings and still no sound. Is there something that can be done to correct this?

may be the sound volume is to 0 try increasing it. use f key to reach to sound and f7 key to increase the sound..

Unmute PR in your Windows settings.
