I want a website to convert audio to direct links that I can stream.

If you mean you want to stream local files, then dropbox seems like the most convenient option to me personally. All you really do is coppy paste then get the db link. even in an online service you'd have to upload the file at least before doing anything else. When it comes to streaming URL's, those that are directly linked, such as https://Url.domain/mp3, you can just stream. For those which aren't directly linked and are hosted on an external service you'd need to probably download it somehow, or use a downloader /snipper that gets you the direct link so you wouldn't have to download, But I won't give out names here since I'm not entirely sure how leagle that is, since it's literally pyreting content off of a server when not otherwise directly permitted, although I'm pretty sure 70% of the world does it with something popular like youtube heh.

Upload all your audio to keybase and you can get direct links from there.

It's a kind of cloud storage which gives you 250 GB to store anything you'd like.

keybase is really cool, but you have to change the link a bit which seems a little irritating to me.

what do you mean by changing the link?

simple. for example, the link is https://keybase.pub/chocko/example.mp3. and while your streaming you need to put the keybase user name in the first, like https://chocko.keybase.pub/example.mp3
