Yeah that's a minor bug that some new users cannot receive the verification email so their account gets stuck and as I discovered this problem exists since the previous year. Try reentering your email for the register or if it doesn't accepted that, try entering a new email. If you didn't received the verification email, contact Sam Tupy to complete your registration because I think he is the only admin in there.
