Hello yall. Have any of you gone through treatment with music therapy or had someone go through the same treatment? What was the experience? Doing this for a minor project I'm working on.

I personally find it useless. I mean, I tried, but nothing better happened. Nothing works for me, neither sleep music when can't fall asleep, nor studying music. It just annoys me more after a while of listening.
